In the unlikely event that the company enters bankruptcy, users will be entitled to refunds for their prepaid payment instruments with priority over other creditors. However, full protection of the total balance is not guaranteed.

Regarding prepaid payment instruments, the Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use by third parties (i.e., use of the prepaid payment instrument contrary to the holder’s intent by a person without proper authority), except where such damages are attributable to the Company.
